Our Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner is the perfect combination of tasty root vegetables and savory fish. Top it off with some Simon’s Secret Sauce for the best roasted vegetables you’ve ever tasted!

  • 1.5 lb Salmon filet

    1 lb Broccoli

    3 large Carrots sliced

    5 Purple sweet potato sliced

    3 tbsp Olive oil

    3 tsp Garlic powder

    1 Lemon sliced

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Everything bagel seasoning

  1. Top your salmon filet with everything bagel seasoning, salt and pepper, rosemary, garlic, then the sliced lemon. Place in the middle of the sheet pan.
  2. Place remaining sliced vegetables around the salmon however you’d like. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until salmon is fully cooked).
  4. Pull the salmon out, top the vegetables with Simon’s Secret Sauce (we recommend the spicy for this recipe), then put the vegetables back in for a few minutes to get that extra crispiness!
