Today we’re going to show you how to make a delicious ranch dressing… that's vegan! Our recipe is a healthy vegan ranch alternative packed with a lot of flavor - Perfect for dipping vegetables in, or adding on top of your favorite salads!
This vegan ranch recipe is super easy to make - just follow along for your new favorite vegan ranch:
1 cup raw cashews (soaked 4-6 hours in water)
½ cup water
2 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
¾ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill (or dried dill)
½ lemon (juiced)
fresh chives (diced)
salt and pepper to taste
- Soak cashews in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Add all ingredients (with the exception of the dill, chives, salt and pepper) to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Top with dill, the finely diced chives, and the salt and pepper to taste. Give it a good mix before serving! Keep your vegan ranch stored in the fridge when not in use!
