- Halved pecans
- any flavor Simon's Secret Sauce
- Melt the butter in a frying pan or heavy sauté pan.
- Add pecans and pan roast over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add Simon's Secret Saucy - Any Flavor (Simon suggests mixing Spicy and Truffle), several drops at a time until the sauces are well distributed. When liquid is absorbed and the pecans properly roasted, remove from heat.
- Add salt to taste.
